ZandaBot Chronicles Excerpt

ZandaBot Dawn Envoy Albertina

by Max Magee

“Morning, guys!” say Zieg and Max simultaneously as they walk into their usual meeting room, first thing Monday morning in the basement of Chuckle Technologies Ltd.

“Zieg, Max!” says Steve, standing beside a table while looking down and flicking through his handwritten notes.

“Morning!” says Zen, followed by Sara.

Several other ZandaBot team members greet Zieg and Max as they sit before Steve starts their team meeting.

“Morning, everyone!” says Steve, smiling at his colleagues as he looks around the large oval table.

“And great work over the last couple of months working with fifty-seven of our fellow ZandaBot International members via our network,”

“You know! I’m always amazed at the number of advancements we achieve working on multiple tasks with such a varied yet talented group of people,” he adds.

“The feedback from those team members you worked with was largely impressive. Plus, many more of our international team members were complimentary of the success we achieved,” continues Steve.

“Yeah! I find the Bot Behaviour side of this project fascinating!” says Zen.

“Trying to mimic human behaviour at the right moment for the right action will continue to be a dynamic change process for some time. That’s certain!” he continues.

“I couldn’t agree more,” says Steve. “The work you, Sara and our international members are doing is brilliant, in my opinion,”

“Thank you!” says Sara as other team members nod in agreement.

“I’ve also been busy over the last few months meeting many of our international team leaders via our network,” says Steve.

“And a decision has been made to have each country showcase their ZandaBots to the world in approximately nine months or maybe early next year,” adds Steve.

“We’ll launch Zandabot Nuno here in our capital, along with many of our partner countries showcasing their ZandaBots in their cities on the same day. This will be a global ZandaBot exposure event,” he continues.

“Wow!” shouts Max. “It looks like our ZandaBot showtime is coming earlier than expected?”

“Do you think we’ll be ready for such massive public exposure?” Zen asks, uncertain.

“Yeah! We still have lots of loose ends to complete,” agrees Sara, saying what most people are likely thinking.

“We’ll have to be ready,” answers Steve. “Because most of our team leaders worldwide think it”s possible,”

“And I also think it’s possible, considering the advancements we’ve been making,”

“Anyway! The date hasn’t been set in stone yet, but it’s likely to be nine months from today at the earliest or early in the new year at the latest,” he continues.

“February going forward!” mutters Zieg. “What about the story I’m writing,” she asks. “And the artwork Nari is creating,”

“Yeah!” says Steve. “They play a large part in helping to showcase this new technology to the world,”

“In fact! They’re imperative to help showcase our ZandaBot Initiative worldwide. Your stories, along with Nari’s artwork for the comic book, will be exposed to the world via our website and social media simultaneously,”

“There’ll be global live coverage on an unprecedented scale,” explains Steve.
